Today I completed some qualitative research where I used my google smartphone to interview some members of my target audience and find out a little bit more about their experiences with music videos, websites and digipaks. I will then take this research and apply the feedback to my own product. By doing this, I will be confident that the products I create are of a similar attitude and context to that of those favoured by my target audience. I therefore found this element of research incredibly helpful.
