After completing the filming task shown in the previous post, I received feedback from my lecturer with places for improvement. Here is the document with my feedback below:
As you can see, my main areas to improve the assessment were to ensure that the camera was held very steady to remove shaking and unease for the audience. This is something that I will be sure to sort when filming my main product as it removes the overall level of professionalism and realism from the film. I also need to work on the framing of my shots and ensuring that the important elements of character and miss-en-scene are captured within the frame. I will be sure to take the time to 'set up' the 'set' when filming my own music video so that the audience are drawn to the most important elements of the video without being distracted by other elements of mise-en-scene in the frames.
