CAMERAWORK/ EDITING
As I found with my inspirational texts, the pacing of pop/rock music videos is very fast as it mirrors the pacing of the song. I therefore tried to incorporate this into my own work as a way of keeping the audience engaged and interested in the video. As mentioned in my slideshare presentation below, I generally used little camera movement in my video, which is again conventional of pop/rock music because a lot of camera movement with a lot of quick editing can become overwhelming and indeed nauseating for the audience.
