McFly are the band that I am currently looking into for inspiration for my music video as well as general image and website construction. Their genre is a mixture of rock/roll and pop. I like the layout of the video in this song, "Love is Easy" as I feel it incorporates the two genres very well. Although the song takes on a pop style, the actual dress of the band is a fixed suit, which is something that I'd like to explore throughout my production. I also like the overall style of the video, incorporating the "fun" style that the pop genre exercises so well. This is something that I would definitely like to expand upon when creating my own product.
