I have created a call sheet for the actors and crew members which states when and where each crew member/actor needs to be and where. As you can see, I have called everyone 15 minutes earlier than their actual location call time. This is to allow for any delays in traffic/organization that might make my team late. I aim to complete all shooting at Tutti Frutti within one day.
