I have created a call sheet for the actors and crew members which states when and where each crew member/actor needs to be and where. As you can see, I have called everyone 20 minutes earlier than their actual location call time. This is to allow for any delays in traffic/organization, as the location itself is off a busy road and I wanted to allow time for this to avoid postponing the start time of my filming. I aim to complete all shooting at The Garage within one day.
I have made sure that myself and Gavin (camera operative) are at the location at least an hour earlier than everyone else so that we have time to create the set and ensure all lighting/camera work is correct to avoid delaying our time to actually film on set.
